I would love to say we had planned this for this week, but to be honest we’ve been outside enjoying the sunshine and fell behind on our blogging… So instead this week we decided to share the recipe of some lovely vegan vodka chocolate ice cream which Chris made!
Very simple to make you can simply throw the ingredients in a blender and freeze for 3-4 hours before enjoying this boozy delight!
This recipe is made for approx 2. Servings, feel free to multiply, but enjoy responsibly!
Recipe
1. Add to a blender:
- ½ Cup Oat Milk
- 1/3 cup vegan cocoa powder
- 1 Avocado (Yes avocado in ice cream, it makes it very creamy!)
- ⅓ Cup vegan chocolate chips
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 50ml of Blaze Botanical Vodka (Although Chris used ~100ml…)
3. Freeze for 3-4 Hours
4. Enjoy responsibly!
